I can’t thank the people at Senior Living Locators enough. Matt especially helped guide my family in our time of need. They were the one constant I could rely on day or night, weekday or weekend. He was there to answer any questions and assure me things would work out. These guys are truly 1 in a 1,000,000! One morning he called around 630 or so to check in. And when my dad had been placed, he called after a few days to be sure things were fine and we were happy with our choice.

I am so grateful to Matt for all his dedicated assistance with helping find my mother a place to live. Matt was like a “ One Stop Shop”, he had so many resources in our community to help our family facilitate any need or  answer question we had regarding this process for our mother.  Matt was available 24/7. What I really appreciated about Matt was his calm, reassuring, and compassionate demeanor. Matt is so personable. He makes you feel at ease and comfortable to ask any question.  He was quick to respond to all our needs and offered the “hug” of kindness we  so desperately needed over the phone.  It truly takes a village during these types of decisions.  Matt can make it very easy by connecting you to the people you need in your community quickly! CALL MATT AT SENIOR LIVING LOCATORS FIRST!!!! I placed my father 5 years ago and made the mistake of filling out an online request and my phone was flooded with calls. I recently had to place my mother and called Senior Living Locators and Matt personally came to our house and spent over an hour getting to know mom and what she was looking for in an assisted living community. He also did a physical assessment as he is a physical therapist as well. He presented us with 3 options that were the best fit for mom. He scheduled our tours and accompanied us to those tours and was able to give us valuable feedback about each community. He does not share your information with anybody. This process with Matt could not have been easier. He basically does all the work for you so you don’t have to worry about anything. I wish he was around for my father when I had to place him.

My mother lives out of town and her case manager called me and told me I had to find an assisted living community for her as she is no longer safe living alone. I was referred to Matt at Senior Living Locators. Matt went to mothers house that same day and assessed her. The very next day he came and picked mom up and took her on tours of the communities that were appropriate for her. Mom cannot drive and I have no one to take her so the fact that Matt came and picked her up and spent the day with her driving her from community to community was amazing. Mom told me she found the perfect community and she seemed excited to be moving in. If it weren’t for Matt mom would still be home alone and not safe. Matt kept me informed throughout the entire process.

A social worker at the hospital highly recommended Senior Living Locators to help me find a place for my mom. I can see why they did. I spoke with Matt and he came to the house and really got to know mom. He is very thorough and gave us an in depth look at what we should be looking for in assisted living community. He was so detailed and was able to find places that fit our budget. Some of these places I had no idea existed but he really opened my eyes. It was like having a real estate agent with us every step of the way when we toured these communities. He saved me a lot of time and hassle by basically doing everything for me.

A friend had recommended calling Matt at Senior Living Locators. It ended up being the best thing I could have done for my parents. After calling Matt he came to our house the very next day and assessed my parents physically to determine what level of care they would need. Then he sat down with us and really got to know my parents likes, interests, hobbies, etc. He honestly treated my parents as if they were his own. He asked them everything they were looking for in an assisted living community. After being at the house for over an hour, Matt compiled a list of potential communities he felt would be a good fit for mom and dad based on his assessment. After reviewing them, Matt called and set up tours of the communities himself. He went with us to every community and provided valuable insight to each one as he worked in all of them as a physical therapist. Mom and dad could not have been more pleased with the community they chose and if it weren’t for Matt, this would not have happened.
