Matt Staley

Matt has been a physical therapist for 21 years working primarily with the geriatric population. Matt is a Geriatric Certified Specialist with a passion for helping people maintain their independent lifestyle. Through personal and professional experiences, Matt has seen firsthand the stress and anxiety that comes with having to make the difficult decision to place a loved one in an assisted living community.

As a physical therapist, his expertise was often sought out when having to decide which community would be the right fit. He has spent the majority of his professional career practicing in assisted living communities, and Matt has a unique advantage of knowing what each community has to offer regarding the needs of our clients. Clients and their families were always so grateful that Matt was able to help them navigate this difficult decision. That is when he decided to shift career focus to helping clients and their families find the living accommodations that best fits the needs of their loved ones.

Audrey Staley

My name is Audrey Staley and I cover the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky market. My background is in occupational therapy and I have a passion for helping seniors maintain an independent lifestyle. One way of doing this is matching them with communities that can best meet their needs, not only in the present but in the future as well. When I was a treating therapist, I worked with the geriatric population in both a skilled and home health setting. I have treated patients in most of the assisted living communities locally and this gives me a unique perspective of where my clients will best be cared for. What I enjoy most about my role at Senior Living Locators is the fact I take the guess work out of placement. Placing a loved one into a community is stressful and can be confusing. I take pride in walking my clients throughout the entire process from start to finish. My clients know they can reach me anytime and that I am always available to them.

Jenny Reeves

My name is Jenny Reeves and I cover the Northern Kentucky area. As a Physical Therapist Assistant specializing in geriatric care, I’ve spent my career advocating for the independence and dignity of seniors. Whether I was working as a home health clinician or a private personal trainer, I saw firsthand how a safe, enriching environment is the foundation of a life well-lived.

Today, as a Senior Living Locator for Northern Kentucky, I translate that clinical expertise into compassionate guidance. I know that the transition to assisted living can feel overwhelming, which is why I’m committed to being more than just a consultant—I’m a trusted partner and a helping hand. By building deep, personal relationships with my clients and their families, I aim to simplify the navigation process and ensure we find the perfect fit the first time.

Janice Hare

After years as a sales director in several senior living communities locally and becoming a Certified Dementia Practitioner, I saw firsthand how difficult it is to navigate care options, finances, and timing during this process. Now, I guide families step-by-step through finding the right senior living solution.

My approach is hands-on and highly personalized. From the initial conversation to tours and final placement, I advocate for my clients every step of the way, saving them time, reducing stress, and helping them avoid costly mistakes.

When I’m not helping seniors choose the right care option, I enjoy fitness, traveling and spending time with family. I am a Gigi to three beautiful grandchildren: Josie, Jude and Jessa.

Andy Boiman

My name is Andy Boiman and I am a licensed Social Worker in the state of Ohio. I have been working in the Social Work/healthcare related field for a little over 9 years. I have always had a passion for working with seniors and those with disabilities. My favorite part of this field is being able to help members reach their goals to achieve the greatest quality of life possible. As a Social Worker, I have experience in working with members and their families during some of the most stressful times where very hard decisions are presented. I love being able to be there for these seniors/families to be an extra form of support for them during these times. I am very much looking forward to continuing to do this in this role and am excited to match the seniors I will work with the absolute best fit to empower them to age in place.
