A Message from the Owner, Allison Amar
Allison is a Charlotte NC native with 25 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Leadership within the Biotech Industry, specializing in rare diseases, neurological and sleep disorders, and chronic conditions affecting the elderly. She holds a PACs certification (Prior Authorization Specialist) and is currently pursuing her CSA (Certified Senior Advisor) certification.
With her background in pharma and personal experience in finding the right care for her aging parents, Allison has a deep compassion for helping families navigate senior living decisions. She was drawn to Trua Senior Living Locators for their patient-focused approach, which prioritizes understanding the unique clinical, emotional, and financial needs of each client to find the best senior living solutions.
Ashley Ford, Director of Business Development
Ashley Ford is a Charlotte-area professional with over a decade of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, specializing in strategic partnerships, brand development, and referral growth within the healthcare industry. She holds a B.S. in Merchandising Management from Michigan State University with a minor in Marketing, and is a trained Dementia and Alzheimer’s care professional.
With her background in business development and a deeply personalized approach to understanding the needs of older adults and their families, Ashley has a genuine passion for helping seniors navigate one of life’s most important transitions. She was drawn to Trua Senior Living Locators for their commitment to putting clients first, ensuring that every senior and family receives guidance that honors their unique clinical, emotional, and financial needs.
