About Us
Message From the Owners
Trua of Greater Boston is proudly owned and operated by Jersouk Touy and Jessica “Jessie” Marasco, founders of Heart & Honor Transitions Group, LLC. As mothers, military Veterans, and graduate students at Northeastern University, they bring a shared commitment to service, integrity, and compassionate guidance for older adults and their families.
A Boston native and U.S. Army Veteran, Jersouk brings 22 years of background experience in leadership, advocacy, and program management. Her experience as a Military Police Officer, Recruiter, and longtime victims advocate supporting individuals through crisis and major life transitions allows her to help families feel calm, informed, and supported during complex decision-making moments.
Jessie, a retired U.S. Air Force Veteran, brings more than 21 years of hands-on medical and operational experience. Beginning her career in a nursing home and continuing through the Air Force medical field, she offers a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach grounded in compassion, structure, and care coordination.
Together, Jersouk and Jessie are deeply committed to serving the Greater Boston community with honesty, dignity, and heart. Through Trua of Greater Boston, they walk alongside families every step of the way— providing clarity, personalized guidance, and peace of mind during life’s most important transitions.
