About Us
A Local Team Who Truly Understands
Trua Greater Philadelphia is led by Joel and Maureen Fox, lifelong residents of the Philadelphia area. As a husband‑and‑wife team, they bring a rare blend of healthcare expertise, technology experience, and deep community involvement to every family they serve. Maureen Fox brings more than 30 years as a physical therapist— including the past 11 years as an IT Director within a major regional health system. Joel Fox has spent over 20 years in insurance technology sales, specializing in consultative, relationship‑driven support for complex decisions. Together, they are parents to four children and are active in community service mainly thru their church where Joel currently serves as a Deacon. Their personal and professional experiences give them a unique understanding of the challenges families face when senior care becomes a necessity.

After watching friends and family struggle to make senior care decisions without reliable guidance, Joel and Maureen wanted to create the resource they wished had existed — a trusted, unbiased partner who could simplify the process, provide emotional support, and offer peace of mind. That’s exactly what Trua delivers. And it’s always free for families.
