About Us
Meet the Owners
Karen Kleinman is the co-owner and Certified Senior Care Advisor at Trua of the Twin Cities, where she is dedicated to helping seniors and their families navigate the complex process of finding the right senior living community. Through prior ownership of a home furnishings business, and six years as a sheep farmer, she was regularly praised by customers for her kindness, compassion, hard work, and genuine desire to serve others. Her experiences taught her to listen closely, understand unique needs, and provide the personalized guidance families value today.
Randy Kleinman is the co-owner of Trua of the Twin Cities and has been married to Karen since 2003. He earned a PhD in Engineering and brings experience in software development, accounting, retail, and agriculture to Trua’s operations. Known for his creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and reliability, Randy helps ensure a seamless experience for seniors and their families. His analytical mindset and passion for helping others support Trua’s mission of guiding seniors and their loved ones with confidence.
Today, Karen and Randy combine their professional experience with a heartfelt commitment to helping seniors find the best living environment to meet their needs, preferences, and goals. They consider it a privilege to support families during this important transition and are dedicated to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
